Who should consider Liverpalooza?

Anyone with a liver! Many people think of their livers in the context of processing alcohol or being the body’s filter, but your liver performs literally hundreds of functions for you every day, so you want it to perform optimally.

"I'm not a big drinker. I bet my liver is in pretty good shape."

Your liver is the first stop for anything that is absorbed through your digestive system or your skin.

So if you:

 

  • Eat any food that you didn’t grow yourself

  • Eat any processed foods or fast foods

  • Drink anything other than filtered water and herbal teas

  • Use any skincare products, shampoos or deodorants

  • Take any medications

  • Drink any alcohol

 

Then your liver could use an annual reset.

Living in our modern world, you really have to be intentional not to over-burden your liver. 

So, just like you perform annual maintenance on your car and your home, participating in Liverpalooza is a similar way to give your liver and body an annual reset and renew. 

 

Everyone can benefit, but some clues that you are overdue for some liver maintenance might be:

So what exactly IS the Liverpalooza cleanse?

In this cleanse, the goal is to reduce the overall burden on the liver, so it can rest and renew.

Here at Liverpalooza, we take a 3-pronged approach to a liver ‘cleanse’:

  1. We remove foods and habits that create extra work for the liver

  2. We bring in foods and habits that support the liver with its work

  3. And we support the body through any symptoms you might experience in the process

What it's not:

It is NOT a diet. We are not counting calories. We are focusing on the type and quality of anything going in and on your body. 

It is NOT a supplement protocol. No supplements are required to do this cleanse. 

 

What it is:

  • Giving your liver a 7-day vacation from much of its daily work by removing foods and habits that add to its burden

  • Pampering your liver with liver-loving foods and habits so that its work is easier

It all begins with the release of PreCleanse materials, which walk through how to make sure your body is ready for a cleanse and what to do to prepare.

We share more information about the liver, share the details about what is in and out during Cleanse Week, talk about how you might feel during the cleanse, and share tips for success. It’s everything you need to know to get ready for Cleanse Week.

We are cheering you on, supporting your questions, and sharing a little more education.

In a Liverpalooza cleanse, you are never alone! Once you register,  you're invited to join our community FB group, where you can connect with other people participating in Liverpalooza, sharing your experience. You can also ask questions there anytime during the cleanse, and our Liverpalooza Team will respond. Each week, there will be a live call where one of our Team members will share additional information with you and take some Q&A.

 

And lastly, we encourage you to bring in a buddy… or two or three. A cleanse can be challenging, and anything is easier (and more fun!) with friends. So challenge someone to join you!
